Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders — shipping is included in the product price. No hidden fees at checkout.

Domestic Shipping  Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship to over 28 countries worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by FlexForce.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
